About
Aging at home should not depend on luck.
SANTE HAITI exists so an elderly person in Haiti can stay in their own home, safely and with dignity, and so the family carrying that responsibility can breathe.
Mission
To let elderly people remain safely and comfortably in their homes, while giving their families peace of mind — even when those families live abroad.
Vision
To grow into a national senior health network in Haiti: home nursing, rehabilitation, medical transport, caregiver training, and partnerships with hospitals and clinics.
Who delivers the care

Home health aides
Trained in personal care, transfers, hygiene, and safe feeding.

Administration & client care
Scheduling, billing, and the people who answer when a family calls.
Partner physicians & therapists
Brought in through clinic and hospital partnerships when a case needs them.
